Whately Records Seven Property Sales in Late July, Median Price $290,000
Whately recorded seven property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds data. Sale prices were disclosed in three of the seven transactions, ranging from $250,000 to $494,700, with a median of $290,000. The month's highest-priced sale was 188 State Rd, which sold for $494,700 on July 21 to DAS Acquisition Co LLC. One transfer, at 161 Christian Ln, moved within the Sadler family. With more than half of recorded sales lacking disclosed prices, the data offers only a partial view of July's market activity in town.
