The month's highest-priced sale was 188 State Rd, which sold for $494,700 on July 21 to DAS Acquisition Co LLC. One transfer, at 161 Christian Ln, moved within the Sadler family. With more than half of recorded sales lacking recorded prices, the data offers only a partial view of July's market activity in town.
