Four of the seven listed a sale price, ranging from $75,000 to $494,700, with a median of $270,000. The month's top sale was 188 State Rd at $494,700, sold to DAS Acquisition Co LLC. Chestnut Plain Road was the only street with more than one transaction. Three of the seven deeds, including a family-trust transfer and a bank-sold property, had no price recorded yet.
