Whately recorded seven property sales between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds filings. Four of the seven listed a sale price, ranging from $75,000 to $494,700, with a median of $270,000. The month's top sale was 188 State Rd at $494,700, sold to DAS Acquisition Co LLC. Chestnut Plain Road was the only street with more than one transaction. Three of the seven deeds, including a family-trust transfer and a bank-sold property, did not disclose a price. Based on the raw sales count, the period showed modest activity, with no basis for comparison to prior months in this data set.
