Whately recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds data, but no sale prices had posted for any of them as of this report, so a price range and median cannot be calculated this period. Seven transfers involved a bank, credit union or mortgage servicer, including Hanscom Federal Credit Union's Sept. 16 sale of 24 Grey Oak Lane to Jeffrey and Kathleen Zilch. State Road saw four separate transfers, more than any other street. Four other transfers moved property among family members or into a trust, and one sent a Laurel Mountain Road property to the town assessors.
