Franklin County recorded 14 Whately property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only three carry a sale price so far: $65,000, $70,000 and $100,000, for a median of $70,000, with the rest pending the registry's typical posting lag. The period's top recorded sale was 45 Christian Lane at $100,000, sold by Paul M. and Sheri A. Gray to Freedom Credit Union. River Road had the most activity with three transfers. Several other transfers were between trusts, estates or family members rather than to new buyers. With most prices unavailable, the data doesn't yet support a read on market direction.
