Recorded prices ranged from $64,908 to $375,200, with a median of $182,500. The month's top recorded sale was 45 North St. at $375,200, sold by Thomas D. Sadoski to Freedom Credit Union. Chestnut Plain Road saw three separate transfers, more than any other street, though none had a price recorded.
