The month's top transaction was 92 Masterson Rd, which sold for $1.4 million on Aug. 24. Chestnut Plain Road saw three transfers, none with a recorded price. Five of the 12 transfers involved a bank, credit union or mortgage-registration entity as buyer or seller, and two properties went to the Town of Whately for unpaid taxes. With most prices not yet recorded, the data offers only a partial view of market activity.
