All 11 Whately Property Sales This Period Went Without Disclosed Prices
Eleven Whately properties changed hands between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, making it impossible to calculate a price range or median for the period. State Road saw the most activity, with three separate transfers recorded there, while Chestnut Plain Road had two. Notable transactions included two same-day trust transfers among the Chamlin and Josephs family, two properties that moved to the town (a tax-related transfer and an assessors' transfer), and four transfers involving banks, mortgage servicers or loan-related entities as buyer or seller. No bed, bath or square-footage data was available.
