State Road saw the most activity, with three separate transfers recorded there, while Chestnut Plain Road had two. Notable transactions included two same-day trust transfers among the Chamlin and Josephs family, two properties that moved to the town (a tax-related transfer and an assessors' transfer), and four transfers involving banks, mortgage servicers or loan-related entities as buyer or seller.
